Q. I clicked the "Get Paid" link in the email, but my account balance still shows $0.00!

A. You will not receive payment for the email until 24 hours have passed since the email was sent out. The amount you are paid is calculated by the amount of people who clicked the "Get Paid" link during that time.

Q. I referred a user, but it's not showing on my account. Why?

A. In order to be credited for a referral, the user you refer must activate their account. Also, the user you refer must have had your username in the "Referrer" box on the registration form.

Q. How do I get paid?

A. Our current payment method is PayPal, although we hope to be adding more payment options in the future. Our site has been approved by the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department, giving us full permission to use PayPal on the site!

Q. What is the minimum cashout?

A. The minimum amount needed to cashout is $10.00 in your main account balance.

Q. Am I required to be in a certain country in order to participate?

A. No! There is no country limitation on VuBux, and users from all countries are permitted to participate!
