VuBux Terms of Service
By registering, advertising, or using the site, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.
1. Paid Emails
a. By registering on the site, you are subscribing to receive paid emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.
b. In order to be paid for receiving an email, you must click the appropriate link in the email and verify that you have read the email. This link must be clicked within 24 hours of the email being sent, or you will not receive payment for that email.
c. After clicking the "Get Paid" link in the email, you must answer a multiple choice question about the email. Failure to answer the question correctly will result in you not receiving payment for that email.
d. There is no guaranteed amount of payment for each email. The amount you receive may range between $0.001 USD (the extreme lowest) and $10.00 USD (at the highest). The amount you receive is calculated 24 hours after the email was sent out, and is based on how many users clicked the "Get Paid" link in the email. The lower the number of people who clicked this link, the higher your amount of payment will be.
e. We are not responsible for the content on the sites that are linked to in the email. We do check these sites before emails are sent out, but the content on them is subject to change at any time.
2. Referring Users
a. When referring users, you agree not to gain users by any illegal method. An example of this is sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join, without having had prior contact with them. If we receive a single report regarding you violating this term, we will verify the incident happened, and then permanently terminate your account.
b. Your upline cannot be changed, unless we decide to do so. You have no control in regards to your upline, and cannot change your referrer once it has been set. If you have registered on the site without a referrer, we reserve the right to sell you to other members as a referral.
c. You are not permitted to refer other members in your household. However, they are free to join, as long as it is their decision to register on the site. If you share an IP address, all site features may not be available to everyone in the household. If you attempt to refer a member in your household, all accounts on the same IP address may risk being blocked.
d. There is no limit on the amount of people you are allowed to refer.
e. You will be paid $1.00 USD per user you refer. In order to verify these are valid users, we require waiting until they have made their first cashout before funds are added to your main account balance.
f. You may purchase other users who did not sign up under a person as your referrals. The cost of purchasing referrals is $0.25 per user, and you will be credited $1.00 per user.
3. Your Account
a. We reserve the full right to terminate your account at any time, with or without given notice. Your account WILL be terminated if you are found in violation of any of these terms.
b. If your account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, all earnings in your account will be permanently lost. If your account is terminated for some other reason, it is at our sole discretion if your earnings will be given to you.
c. You are not permitted to have more than one account. If you are found to have more than one account, all of your accounts will be permanently terminated.
d. In order to register on our site, you are required to have a valid unique email address by a major mail provider such as, but not limited to, Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft.
4. Earning System
a. If you are found to be using any sort of third party program on the site to cheat, such as auto-click software, your account will be permanently terminated. Cheating is not tolerated, and all accounts are individually checked periodically.
b. There may also be other ways to gain payment on the site, such as clicking advertisements. The rates for these alternative methods vary, and are not guaranteed to always be available.
c. When you have accumulated a cash balance of $10.00 USD in your main balance, you may request to cashout. The minimum balance required for cashout is subject to change.
d. When you choose cashout, payment will be sent via PayPal. Currently, no other payment processor methods are supported, although this is subject to change.
e. When you request payment, your payment request will normally be processed within 24 hours. However, in the event of unpredicted circumstances, this may be delayed.
f. We reserve the right to modify your cash balance at any given time. Cash in your account is property of VuBux.com, and therefore has no real-world value until you request an actual cashout.
5. Advertising
a. Advertising fees are to be paid via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, along with bank transfers and payment through your PayPal funds.
b. Refunds will not be issued for advertising, unless for some unpredicted reason we are unable to fulfill your order. In the event that this happens, you will be contacted by the VuBux administrator.
c. In order to verify that people have read your email, your are permitted to add a question regarding the advertisement which users must answer before they can be paid. This question must be accurate, and must not be presented in a way which will purposely lead users into clicking the wrong answer.
d. All content in advertisements must be appropriate, and is not permitted to link to a site which is not suitable for viewers of all ages.
6. Liability
a. VuBux.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
b. VuBux.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services at any time and without notice.
7. Refunds
a. Refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion. Fees for upgrading your membership, or purchasing intangible items, are generally non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with a purchase, contact us immediately, and we will review your problem.
b. Any chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will result in your account being immediately terminated.
8. Our Site
a. We cannot assure that the site is completely free from exploits. If a user is caught exploiting any area of VuBux.com, their account will be permanently terminated.
b. We reserve the right to modify any of the information on the site at any given time, such as account names, earnings, and values.

a. We may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these separate sites.
b. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your personally identifiable information. However, we may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
